Release The Committee on Energy and Commerce W.J. "Billy" Tauzin, Chairman Greenwood Expands Investigation Into Questionable NIH Practices WASHINGTON (February 4) - As part of a continuing investigation into
management and ethics concerns at the National Institutes of Health (NIH),
Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee Chairman James Greenwood (R-PA) today
requested information from the Department of Health and Human Services regarding
NIH's use of limited authority under the Public Health Service Act to hire
