The Committee on Energy and Commerce will meet in OPEN MARKUP SESSION on Thursday, June 15, 2006, in 2123 Rayburn House Office Building at 11:00 a.m. to consider the following:

1. S. 655, to amend the Public Health Service Act with respect to the National Foundation for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention;

2. H.R. 5573, the Health Centers Renewal Act of 2006;

3. H.R. 5574, the Children's Hospital GME Support Reauthorization Act of 2006;

4. H. Con. Res. 426, Recognizing the Food and Drug Administration of the Department of Health and Human Services on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the passage of the Food and Drugs Act for the important service it provides to the Nation; and,

5. H.R. 4157, the Better Health Information Technology Promotion Act of 2005.
